program. We have always replied that a warranty program really isn’t necessary because our equipment
seldom requires repairs or replacement. That’s still the case – but one of the cardinal rules of
business is to give the customers what they want!
Clearlines Telephone Company has recently
instituted the Peace of Mind Warranty Program. Aside from the peace of mind that comes from
knowing your Clearlines telephone system is covered for up to eight years, here’s how you’ll
benefit:
- Year-to-year coverage automatically renewed at the prevailing maintenance rate;
- Minimized downtime: if something happens and you’re out of service, we’ll respond within four hours to checkout your problem;
- Unlimited no-charge maintenance service call privileges during business hours (exceptions: fire, flood, accident, abuse or power line fluctuations);
- No-cost replacement parts (exceptions: expendable batteries and any add-on accessories,fire, flood, accident, abuse or power line fluctuations);
- Shop overhauls and equipment repairs;
Additional equipment purchased from Clearlines is automatically added to the agreement unless
otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
